Shipping Information

Yes we ship to all countries. Shipping may take 7-10 business days.

Shipping rates vary depending on the country. You may estimate your shipping fees at the checkout.

We offer FREE SHIPPING on orders over P15,000 or $200.

/ 03 Why is my cart's currency converted upon checkout?

Shopify recommends to show default currency upon checkout (Philippine Peso). For more details on currency and conversions, please check this support link.

/ 04 What's your freight/courier provider?

We use LBC and AP Cargo for domestic deliveries and DHL for all international shipments.

/ 05 How do I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking and shipping information.

/ 06 How long will it take to get my package?

We ship only on business days. Business days are from Mondays to Fridays, excluding holidays. Any order placed after 12 P.M. GMT+8 will be processed the following business day.

For remote locations, please add an additional 2-5 business days to each shipping method's expected delivery time.

/ 01 What payment methods are accepted?

We accept VISA, MasterCard and American Express through PAYPAL. If your card has been issued outside the U.S. or Canada, please note that your order may need additional verification before it can be processed.

NOTE: You do not need to have a PAYPAL account to use PAYPAL.

We also accept payments via bank transfers, bank deposits or GCASH. Please send us your proof of payment via email at:, or you may also send us a direct message (DM) on Instagram for faster transactions.
