Shipping Information

Do you ship internationally?chevron_right

Yes. We ship to the following countries:
USA, Canada, Singapore, Hong Kong, Australia, UAE, Taiwan, Malaysia, UK

For international clients, orders should be submitted through the Trude Lizares website www.trudelizares.com and payment should be made through PAYPAL right after submitting your order.

Delivery may take 7-10 business days. We will send all shipping and tracking details through email so you can track your package.

We have a no return, no exchange policy for international orders.

How much is the shipping fee?chevron_right

Prices vary from location and total amount bought. You may estimate your shipping fees at the checkout

Why is my cart's currency converted upon checkout?chevron_right

Shopify recommends to show default currency upon checkout (Philippine Peso). For more details on currency and conversions, please check this support link.

What's your freight/courier provider?chevron_right

We use LBC as our shipping provider.

How do I track my order?chevron_right

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking and shipping information.

How long will it take to get my package?chevron_right

We ship only on business days. Business days are from Mondays to Fridays, excluding holidays. Any order placed after 12 P.M. GMT+8 will be processed the following business day.

For remote locations, please add an additional 2-5 business days to each shipping method’s expected delivery time.

What payment methods are accepted?chevron_right

PAYPAL

We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express through PAYPAL. If your card has been issued outside the U.S. or Canada, please note that your order may need additional verification before it can be processed. Unfortunately, we cannot accept COD orders and all orders must be paid in full once submitted online.

Note: No need to have a PAYPAL account to use PAYPAL.

Orders and Returns

How do I place an order?chevron_right

Click on a Product Photo or Product Name to see more detailed information. To place your order, choose the specification you want and enter the quantity, and click ‘Buy Now’.

Please enter the required information such as Delivery Address, Quantity Type etc. Before clicking “Place Order”, please check your Order Details carefully. If you want to add a new Delivery Address, click ” Add a new address”. If you want to edit a current Delivery Address, click ‘Edit this address’. After confirming your Order, you will be automatically taken to the Payment page.

How can I cancel or change my order?chevron_right

Go to Your Orders. Click ‘Cancel’ items. Note: Select the checkbox next to each item you wish to remove from the order. If you want to cancel the entire order, select all of the items. Click ‘Cancel’ checked items when finished.
